Book a F.L.O.W.™ Strategy SessionFor the Successful Christian Woman at a Crossroads
You have built a successful career, accumulated valuable experience, and created a life you do not need to run away from. Yet something new may be taking shape—a desire to use what God has developed in you in a way that feels more meaningful, aligned, and useful.
Perhaps it will become a business. A ministry. A book. A speaking platform. A new leadership assignment. An organizational initiative. Or something you cannot fully name yet.
You do not need to force a decision or abandon everything you have built. You need space to discern the work that is faithful, leveraged, and optimal for this season.
Bring the crossroads you are navigating. Leave with greater clarity about what deserves your attention next.
You Are Not Starting Over
This is not necessarily about leaving your job. It is not about chasing another title, collecting more accomplishments, or building something simply because you can.
It is about recognizing that the experience, wisdom, gifts, relationships, and resources you have accumulated may be preparing you for a new expression of meaningful work.
You could start a business, pursue a ministry assignment, write the book, begin speaking, step into a new leadership role, or create change from inside your organization. Several options are viable—but which one is yours?
You have the ability to invest, but you do not want to spend the next 6, 12, or 18 months building something that is profitable but misaligned—or meaningful but unsustainable.
You are not searching for another demanding responsibility. You want work that gives you joy, helps people, solves real needs, and reflects who God has created and prepared you to be.
You do not need a complicated plan for a direction you have not chosen. You need to understand what belongs in this season—and what does not.
Your next chapter may not require you to become someone new. It may require you to finally recognize how everything God has already developed in you fits together.
The F.L.O.W.™ Philosophy
F.L.O.W.™ is the pursuit of Faithful, Leveraged, Optimal Work—the meaningful work that best aligns with who God created you to be, what He has already developed in you, the people or needs you are equipped to serve, and the season you are in now.
It is the moment when your experience, calling, and contribution finally come together—and your next chapter begins to feel like coming home.
Work grounded in faith, stewardship, and attentiveness to God—not fear, comparison, pressure, or the need to prove something.
Work that draws upon what God has already placed in your hands: your experience, expertise, education, relationships, resources, testimony, credibility, and hard-earned wisdom.
The most aligned expression of your calling, capacity, experience, and contribution in this season.
The meaningful contribution you are called to make—whether it takes the form of a business, ministry, book, speaking platform, nonprofit, leadership role, consulting practice, organizational initiative, or something else.
Optimal work is not perfect work. It is the most aligned expression of your calling, capacity, experience, and contribution in this season.
What is optimal at one stage of life may not be optimal in another. The calling may remain while its expression changes. F.L.O.W.™ helps you discern what is right for now—not merely what might be possible someday.
One Calling. Many Possible Expressions.
The goal is not to force every calling into a business. The goal is to clarify the contribution you are uniquely positioned to make and determine the right vehicle for delivering it.
Meaningful work is the destination. Entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, ministry, leadership, writing, and speaking are possible expressions.

Meet Your Strategic Thinking Partner
I have spent more than two decades helping leaders cut through complexity, recognize what matters most, and move forward with clarity. As a Professional Certified Coach, organizational development strategist, facilitator, and trusted advisor, I have worked across corporate, government, and international development environments with accomplished professionals navigating consequential decisions.
I hold a Doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University, an MBA, and extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, strategy, sales, human resources, and organizational transformation.
But credentials alone are not what make this work powerful. My gift is listening beneath the obvious answer, recognizing possibilities and patterns, and helping a woman distinguish between what she could do and what is truly aligned for this season.
For a Christian woman, the question is not simply, “What could I do next?” It is also, “What has God been preparing me to steward?”
You do not need to navigate that question alone.
Your Calling Has No Expiration Date
You do not have to know the entire path before taking the next faithful step. Begin by discovering where you need clarity—and what may already be coming together.
Today is simply the day you begin.
